Role Overview:

Popo Ventures is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator to lead the production of engaging video content across our three food brandsThe Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini, and Smash Guys. The role focuses on creating high-quality short-form and long-form video content to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels

Create brand-aligned videos covering food showcases, behind-the-scenes content, launches, promotions, and campaigns

Ensure consistency in visual tone and storytelling across all three brands

Editing & Post-Production

Edit videos with appropriate pacing, transitions, captions, and sound design

Optimize content formats for platform-specific requirements

Maintain quality standards while meeting fast turnaround timelines

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to execute content strategies

Coordinate with outlet teams, chefs, and operations to capture authentic brand moments

Participate in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions

Trend & Performance Awareness

Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and audience preferences

Adapt content styles based on performance insights and engagement metrics

Support campaign execution with timely and relevant video content

Key Requirements:

14 years of experience in video content creation, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Demonstrated portfolio of video work for social media platforms

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent

Strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

Ability to shoot high-quality videos using mobile devices and/or cameras

Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content performance
