About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator Intern who can take ownership of our short-form video content — from coming up with fresh ideas and writing scripts to shooting, editing, and uploading content.

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging videos, and is always looking for What can we create next

Key Responsibilities

- Brainstorm and develop new, creative & engaging content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds and content styles relevant to our audience.

- Write engaging and relatable short-form video scripts.

- Participate in and manage video shoots/recordings.

- Edit Reels, Shorts and other social media videos.

- Create engaging hooks, captions and CTAs for videos.

- Manage the complete content workflow:

 Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Caption → Upload

- Upload and publish content across relevant social media platforms.

- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on views, engagement and reach.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and continuously bring new content concepts to the team.

- Coordinate with the marketing/social media team to maintain a consistent content calendar.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in social media and content creation.

- Good communication and storytelling skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating video shoots.

- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content formats.

- Good sense of trending content, hooks and audience engagement.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned content.

- Students, freshers and candidates with relevant content-creation experience are welcome to apply.
