What You'll Do:

• Be the face of Caresmith—comfortable in front of the camera and ready to create engaging content.
• Plan, conceptualize, and execute short-form video content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Create content around self-care, making it fun, relatable, and impactful.
• Edit videos using VN & CapCut—basic and advanced phone edits should be second nature to you!
• Assist in campaign brainstorming and storytelling for product promotions.
• Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Who You Are:

• Extremely camera-friendly—you love being on-screen and can express yourself well.
• A natural storyteller who knows how to hook an audience.
• Skilled in VN & CapCut (this is a must!).
• Great at communication—both in speech and in crafting engaging narratives.
• Social media savvy—you get what works and what doesn't.
• A fresher or someone with prior experience in content creation (not mandatory).
• Based in Mumbai and open to working from our Mahalaxmi office.
