Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form video content end-to-end - including YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, ads, and recorded program sessions.
- Handle colour grading, audio syncing, transitions, and motion graphics, everything that makes our content just right.
- Collaborate with our Content Strategist to bring scripts and storytelling ideas to life.
- Own the quality bar - every piece of content you ship should be polished, purpose-driven, and on-brand.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other key editing tools.
- Comfort with AI tools, automation workflows, and new-age editing hacks.
- Strong understanding of what works across platforms - how YouTube differs from Instagram, and long-form from short-form.
- A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, design, and detail - you notice the little things others don't.
- High sense of ownership - you take pride in the craft and always want to level up.
- A fair understanding of motion graphics and working on motion graphics projects would be an added advantage.
