Video and Graphic Editor

About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video + Graphic Editor with 2.5+ years of experience to join the Digital ROI team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content — from social media creatives and ad campaigns to explainer videos and branded collateral — that drives engagement and measurable ROI for our clients.

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 2.5+ Years

CTC: 4.5 - 5.5 LPA

Working days: Monday - Friday ( 5 days working )

Shift timing: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and client campaigns
• Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display)
• Develop motion graphics, reels, and story-format content aligned to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Manage and organize the creative asset library for efficient project workflows
• Perform color grading, audio syncing, and post-production finishing for video deliverables
• Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time
• Stay updated with design trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design (agency or digital marketing background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for video editing
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video and graphic work
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing visuals (nice to have)
