We're now building our media presence through engaging video content—and we need a passionate finance-savvy anchor to lead the charge.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and camera-confident
video anchor/Producer with a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate should be able to break down complex financial concepts, market trends, and company data into easy-to-understand and engaging video content—especially around
unlisted shares, pre-IPO companies, and financial news.
Key Responsibilities
- Anchor and present short-form and long-form videos on financial topics, unlisted shares, company analyses, and market trends
- Collaborate with research and content teams to prepare scripts and talking points
- Conduct interviews with finance experts, startup founders, and investors
- Translate complex financial data and concepts into layman's terms
- Record, host, and occasionally go live on digital platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Stay updated on developments in the unlisted markets and finance world
- Bring creative ideas for formats like explainers, news breakdowns, myth-busting, and weekly roundups
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- CFA / CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with a solid understanding of financial markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Camera confidence with natural on-screen presence
- Passion for financial education and simplifying finance for everyday investors
- Fluent in English and Hindi (multilingual is a plus)
- Understanding of startup ecosystem and unlisted equity is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
- Prior experience in content creation, video anchoring, podcasting, or journalism (finance-focused)
- Knowledge of unlisted markets and private equity
- Familiarity with content tools like teleprompters, video editing basics, YouTube SEO, etc.
