About the Role

Intozi Tech develops AI-powered video analytics and computer vision solutions for smart cities, traffic management, surveillance and enterprise applications.

We are looking for a hands-on Deployment Engineer to install, integrate, configure and troubleshoot video analytics solutions at customer sites. The role involves IP cameras, networking, Linux servers, application deployment and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain AI video analytics applications on Linux-based servers.
• Install and integrate IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems and video streams with analytics applications.
• Troubleshoot camera connectivity, RTSP streams, network ports, IP addressing and application connectivity.
• Perform server health checks, review application logs and diagnose CPU, memory, storage and service issues.
• Work with Docker containers and assist with application deployment, configuration and updates.
• Coordinate customer-site surveys, installation, commissioning, testing and system handover.
• Configure and validate camera views, detection zones and analytics settings as required.
• Coordinate with internal software, AI and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain deployment records, troubleshooting reports, configuration documents and customer handover documentation.
• Travel to customer sites as required and provide timely support for deployment and production issues.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in technical deployment, system integration, application support, IP surveillance or infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, ports and basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux command-line operations, logs, services and basic system troubleshooting.
• Experience with IP cameras, CCTV, NVR/VMS, video streaming or related surveillance infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of application deployment, troubleshooting and client-server connectivity.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation and customer communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Gurugram and travel to customer locations.

Preferred Skills

• RTSP and ONVIF, including camera stream troubleshooting.
• Docker, Docker Compose and container troubleshooting.
• Linux server administration and networking configuration.
• NVIDIA GPU servers, drivers, CUDA or GPU-enabled application deployment.
• REST APIs, Nginx/reverse proxy and database connectivity.
• Experience with CCTV integration, ANPR, traffic management, smart-city systems or AI video analytics.
• Basic Python or Bash scripting for troubleshooting and automation.

Who Should Apply

Candidates do not need to be AI model developers. Practical troubleshooting ability, strong technical fundamentals and willingness to learn the video analytics stack are important.
