Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Vicidial Administrator role located in Lucknow. The Vicidial Administrator will manage the full administration and maintenance of the Vicidial dialer system. Key responsibilities include system setup and configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system functionality, and network monitoring. Collaboration with technical teams and providing support to ensure an optimized call center experience are also major aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration for managing and configuring Vicidial systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for resolving dialer-related and system issues
• Experience in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure efficiently
• Solid background in Information Technology and familiarity with VoIP systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and provide proactive system support
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in contact center operations or similar roles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
