Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal at Modern School, located in Ghaziabad. The Vice Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the institution. Responsibilities include supporting and mentoring teachers, ensuring the implementation of school policies, managing day-to-day operations, supervising curriculum development, coordinating student affairs, and maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and staff. Additionally, the Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to create a positive and conducive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills with proven experience in supervising academic and administrative activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with students, staff, and parents effectively
• Knowledge of curriculum planning, classroom management, and educational policies
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address challenges within the school environment
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (required); relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role, preferably within an educational institution
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams while fostering a collaborative school culture
