We are looking for a senior wealth management professional to lead and grow the Bangalore business. This leadership role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers/Wealth Advisors, acquiring and servicing HNI/UHNI, Retail, Family Office, PMS, and AIF clients, and driving revenue across equity broking and a comprehensive suite of investment products. The role requires strong client relationships, team leadership, and deep capital markets expertise.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors with clear targets and performance metrics.

Acquire, onboard, and manage HNI/UHNI, Retail, Family Office, PMS, and AIF clients; drive AUM, broking volumes, and cross-sell.

Act as a trusted advisor by delivering tailored investment solutions across equity broking, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, global investments, and advisory products.

Drive business growth through client acquisition, portfolio reviews, market insights, and strategic relationship management.

Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, ethical conduct, and superior client servicing standards.

Strong leadership experience in wealth management, private banking, or broking.

Deep understanding of capital markets and multi-asset investment products.

Proven ability to build HNI/UHNI client relationships and manage revenue-driven teams.

Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

High ownership mindset with a client-first, compliance-driven approach.

Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA / CFA preferred).

1018+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services.

Prior experience in team leadership or business head roles preferred.
