As a core member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role
Strategic client stewardship - Managing strategic relationships with major clients assigned to India
- Working closely with the SVP on establishing standards in client management and quality of deliverables
- Overseeing service delivery and quality assurance for client portfolios
- Leading client communications and issue resolution at senior level
- Managing complex client projects and service implementations
Portfolio oversight supervise the daytoday management of client portfolios, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with backoffice teams to deliver accurate reporting and compliance. Connecting with the EU teams and identifying areas of improvements and proactively working towards implementing those in India for all the clients across locations as the need may be.
Team leadership manage a crossfunctional team (client service, operations, compliance), set clear performance targets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and client focus. Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to India offices. Coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, training and development of staff.
Issue resolution & escalation act as the senior point of contact for complex client issues, driving timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
Governance & risk management ensure all client activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, reporting any risks to senior management. Establish control procedures to minimize the occurrence of errors and follow the escalation matrix to ensure that all issues are reported in timely manner. Facilitate a culture of innovation and process improvements
Reporting & analytics prepare executivelevel reports on portfolio performance, client health, and operational metrics for the leadership team. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with KPIs and service level agreements
About You
- You are a Company Secretary (must) or a Chartered Accountant and may have a degree in Law (preferred) with at least 14-16 years of experience in the field of client handling and management
- You should have experience in client portfolio management and preferably working in similar industry
- You have team handling experience and overviewed their deliverables and processes
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
