About The Department
The Human Resources department at TresVista enables our people to catalyze the clients impact. The department is responsible for
recruitment, managing compensation & benefits, maximizing employee productivity & wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing
employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a
strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than
recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organization's labor force,
and developing a robust candidate pipeline.
About The Role
The Vice President, opportunity provides you with a chance to lead key strategic projects and execute related duties. The Vice
President act as a thought partner and not just a supervisor for uninterrupted operations. You will be responsible for building and
managing a team of Analysts and Associates, guiding them across multiple projects, and maintaining quality of deliverables. The role
provides a rich learning experience and opportunities to network with and learn from senior leaders within the firm.
Role And Responsibilities
Managing Client Relationship/Stakeholder Management:
- Align hiring strategies with business objectives by forecasting talent needs and implementing innovative sourcing models
- Partner with business leaders to design campus hiring strategies that strengthen talent pipelines across premier institutes
- Drive employer branding initiatives across top B-Schools pan India through digital campaigns and leadership connects
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for seamless execution of recruitment and
engagement activities
Data-Driven Project Management
- Leverage HR analytics to derive insights from talent data for improved hiring efficiency
- Create data-backed go-to-market strategies for campus hiring across premier institutes
- Track and optimize budget spends for recruitment and engagement activities
- Maintain recruitment data integrity on ATS platforms and generate actionable reports
- Stay ahead of market trends and share best practices for long-term talent strategies
Team Management
- Managing/mentoring a team of Associates and Analyst and reporting it to management
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team, establish clear goals, and provide coaching and feedback to achieve
objectives and facilitate professional growth.
- Communicating with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas of improvement
- Working closely with the team and guiding them on day-to-day project management and delivery
- Retaining and recognizing talent in the team while promoting a positive work environment
