The Vice President, Supply Chain Finance, Anchor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the supply chain department in India. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial performance and support the company's supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial aspects of the supply chain operations to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain financial objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks within the supply chain process.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for supply chain projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain finance or related roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
