We are looking for a highly strategic and relationship-driven Vice President – Strategic Partnerships to lead alliance development, enterprise collaborations, channel growth, and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
Role Overview
The VP – Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing high-value partnerships that contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption. This role requires strong experience in SaaS partnerships, B2B relationship management, alliance strategy, and enterprise collaboration.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to create long-term strategic alliances with technology partners, resellers, agencies, system integrators, and enterprise stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Strategy & Business Expansion
- Develop and execute the company's strategic partnership roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including technology providers, channel partners, resellers, and enterprise alliances.
- Build scalable partnership models to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Explore new business opportunities, strategic collaborations, and ecosystem integrations.
Alliance & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, commercial models, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key alliance partners and ensure long-term relationship success.
- Conduct regular business reviews and growth planning with partners.
Revenue & Channel Growth
- Drive partner-led revenue generation and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop channel sales strategies and co-selling opportunities with alliance partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and market outreach programs.
- Track partner performance, contribution metrics, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product teams to identify integration opportunities and strategic product collaborations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on partner branding, campaigns, and market positioning.
- Align customer success and support teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and enablement.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
- Analyze industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging ecosystem opportunities.
- Identify high-growth verticals and strategic opportunities within SaaS, AI, CRM, and communication technology markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and strategic business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS ecosystems, channel partnerships, and alliance models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise-level strategic relationships and long sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and scale revenue opportunities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in CRM, CPaaS, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, AI, or cloud communication platforms.
- Existing network within SaaS, technology, telecom, or enterprise ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience working with agencies, system integrators, technology alliances, or channel partners.
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
