Provide Advisory services across asset classes including but not limited to Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Leasing Transactions, Alternatives, etc
Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets across all asset classes
Enhance customer experience by giving end to end solutions to clients
These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units
Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Corporates.
Lead Advisory Assignments The team also provides fee generating advisory services including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and market entry strategy advice.
Ensure AOP and PGOI targets are met
Assess client requirements & guide team to Execute Transaction Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
