Job Description

Vice President- Solutions and Transitions | RCM- US Healthcare | 18+ years |

1. Solutions Architecture & PreSales Design endtoend RCM solutions across patient access, coding, billing, denials, AR, and collections. Support commercial modelling, pricing, and SLA alignment for global delivery. Present tailored solutions to health systems, physician groups, and specialty practices. Act as SME in client discussions, ensuring a differentiated and executable value proposition.

2. Transition Management Lead client onboarding and scope expansions from contract close to stabilization. Build Transition Management Office frameworks (playbooks, RACI, escalation matrices, governance). Oversee multiple transitions and track KPIs including golive, ramp, accuracy, AR TAT, and productivity. Ensure complete KT and documentation before BAU handover.

3. PostMerger Integration (PMI) Lead people, process, and technology integration for acquired RCM entities. Streamline duplicate workflows and rationalize tech stacks. Partner with HR on org design, role mapping, and retention. Report integration progress, risks, and synergy outcomes.

4. Revenue Cycle Optimization Identify denial drivers, workflow gaps, and compliance risks across accounts. Apply CAPA frameworks to improve clean claims, reduce denials, and accelerate collections.

5. Technology & Automation Work with Product/Tech teams to automate manual workflows using RPA, AIassisted coding, and IDP. Evaluate and recommend system integrations that enhance delivery and efficiency.

6. Compliance & Governance Ensure alignment to HIPAA, CMS, OIG, datalocalization norms, and payerspecific requirements. Maintain audit readiness and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams.

7. Team Leadership Build and lead a highperforming Solutions & Transitions team. Serve as escalation point during critical transition and integration phases. Engage senior client stakeholders through governance reviews.
