Vice President – SOC (Information Security)

Job Description :

• Protecting the company from cyberattacks and security threats
• Leading a 24x7 security monitoring team
• Ensuring quick detection and response to hacking attempts, ransomware, phishing, insider threats, etc.
• Building strong cyber defense systems using tools like SIEM, SOAR, XDR, cloud security, and threat intelligence
• Handling major security incidents and coordinating with regulators like SEBI, CERT-In, and other authorities
• Creating long-term cybersecurity strategy and improving the maturity of the SOC setup
• Leading large cybersecurity teams including analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, and engineers
• Ensuring compliance with security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, DPDPA, etc.
