Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire30-50+ new global clients annuallyacross targeted regions
  • Negotiate and signMSAswith key international clients
  • Manage and drive fulfillment for500+ global positions annually
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth execution
  • Conduct market research and create region-specific go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure compliance with international business standards and practices
  • Track and report global sales metrics, pipeline updates, and client feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related fields
  • 515 years of proven global sales experience instaffing or consulting
  • Strong expertise inclient acquisition, MSAs, negotiations, and CRM tools
  • Exposure to international business practices, compliance, and staffing trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
