- Turnover of the present company should be 2500 – 3000 crore
- Should have at least 8 years experience in the previous two jobs
Educational Qualifications: MBA (Sales/ Marketing)
Experience: Minimum 15 Years of experience in real estate firm, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role would be ideal
Brief Profile:
- Provide strategic inputs to develop and manage prospective client/customers interested to invest in the company's real estate product and develop new revenue generation options for the organisation.
- Ensure efficient customer service/ satisfaction, thus enabling the organization to meet its business plan and objectives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve the brand image, identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotions of the company's brand and product visibility in current and emerging markets.
- Custodian of customer experience, enhancement, complaints, reduction, and customer satisfaction, planning and defining the possession and handover process to ensure smooth and seamless possession.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic inputs to develop and manage prospective customers interested in investing in the company's real estate product and develop new revenue generation options for the organisation and ensure efficient customer service/satisfaction, thus enabling the organization to meet its business plan and objectives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve the brand image, identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotions of the company's brand and product visibility in current and emerging markets.
- Custodian of customer experience, enhancement, complaints, reduction, and customer satisfaction, planning and defining the possession and handover process to ensure smooth and seamless possession lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
- To engage personally with direct customers, resolve disputes and retain them
- Monitor and control the marketing & sales budget and ensure that the approved budget is in control and there are no major deviations. Review and approve the marketing commercial transactions as per the sanctioned budget and ensure cost savings through hard negotiations
- Making presentations to the management on strategy planning, sales plan achieved, and future targets
- Create an implement SOP for the sales department and customer management to ensure best processes in the industry are being followed and increase customer satisfaction thus enhancing brand image and value. Create appropriate checklist as required to ensure proper and accurate documentation and information are being captured as required by industry norms.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and various BI reports sharing with management for better decision making and for new product development.
- Conducting various Marketing activities like International Property Exhibitions, Corporate presentations, and E-Marketing with the help of vendors and reference.
