Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing strategies, managing sales operations, supporting business development efforts, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Vice President will also oversee sales management processes and work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
  • Strong expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the technology, telecom, or engineering sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
