Job Description

The Vice President Sales will spearhead the organization's sales function, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and overall business expansion. This leadership role requires overseeing large sales teams, building strong channel partnerships, ensuring consistent target achievement, and enhancing the company's positioning within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to the sales leadership team, including AVPs, GMs, and Sales Managers.
  • Lead sales initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring optimal inventory movement and successful project launches.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and strategic alliances to expand market reach.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Supervise CRM systems, track sales pipelines, and optimize conversion performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Evaluate MIS reports, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and strengthen pipeline visibility.
  • Manage negotiations with key clients and institutional investors to close high-value transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within all sales operations.
