Purpose
This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's and government's Skill Development programs and schemes. The role will oversee the process of selecting, empaneling and monitoring partnerships with various Training centers under Govt. schemes & Fee Based Model. Additionally, the role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks to assess the impact and outcomes of the Skill development projects and schemes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the empanelment process for training centers, onboarding the relevant parties such as inspection agencies for insuring regular monitoring and evaluation for NSDC affiliated NSDC affiliated partner centers.
2. Understand the accreditation & affiliation guidelines and process government schemes & private schemes, NSQF and guidelines.
3. Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs and initiatives.
4. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to track progress and outcomes.
5. Conduct regular evaluations, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
6. Coordinate with the SSC and Inspection agency to complete the accreditation process.
7. Manage the continuous monitoring of the Training Centers and facilitate the process of renewal of Accreditation and Affiliation
8. Gathering, Collating, analyzing and validating Placements related Data submitted by the TP's
9. Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders and share the implementation progress with the same.
10. Ensure smooth co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders such as IT NSDC, inspection agencies, training centers and training providers.
11. Assertive in communicating clear directions and setting expectations with the internal & external stakeholders.
12. Review and coordinate planning and execution of TC Physical Inspection of Market Led programs.
13. Anchor development of M&E frameworks
14. Anchor Research methodology and tool development.
15. Lead Development of Business requirement documents
16. Conceptualized oversee Impact Assessment studies.
17. Guidance and inputs on monitoring visits, analysis of data, compilation of reports, and coordination between business teams and MEL.
Knowledge and Experience
Education Qualifications
Master's in Business administration/ Public Administration/ Social Work/ Human Resources
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in Proctoring, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
Language Skills
Must be fluent in English and Hindi
