As a Senior Product Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of deposit products, assisting with ideation, design, launch, and ongoing management to help meet J.P. Morgan's strategic objectives.
  • Help develop and refine benefit calculation methods to maintain accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
  • Work closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and sales teams to help deliver deposit solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring deposit products adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and the client experience.
  • Build knowledge of deposit structures, pricing, and benefit calculations, and provide support to internal teams and clients as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Familiarity with deposit products, benefit calculation methods, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with some experience in project work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate across different teams.
  • Experience or exposure to legacy deposit platforms, system workflows, or end-to-end processes.
