Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President based in Surat. The Vice President will oversee strategic planning, operation management, and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing projects within the power sector, fostering client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met, and contributing to the overall vision and direction of the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with proven experience in overseeing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge in electrical engineering, EPC project execution, and experience with high-voltage transmission, substations, and renewable energy infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and risk management within the power sector.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in navigating government regulations and ensuring compliance in the power or energy sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations, meet project deadlines, and contribute to organizational goals.
• Experience in O&M support and renewable energy projects is advantageous.
