Position: Vice President Outreach & Alliances (Global Travel)
Location: Remote/Full Time
Compensation: INR 24 lacs 42 lacs per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Vice President Outreach & Alliances to drive global expansion through strong counsellor networks and institutional partnerships. This role is critical in building and scaling relationships that enhance student outreach and business growth in the international education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage and build relationships through global counseling partners and institutions
- Build long-term alliances to expand market presence across key geographies
Counselor Network Development
- Establish and grow a robust network of education counsellors and consultants
- Drive engagement, training, and performance of counsellor partners
Business Growth
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets
- Explore new markets and partnership opportunities in global travel/education
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including partners, institutions, and internal teams
- Ensure high counsellor satisfaction and retention
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor outreach and alliances teams
- Set performance goals, KPIs, and monitor execution
Market Intelligence
- Track global trends in international education and student mobility
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:-
- MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed institution.
- 10+ years of experience in outreach, alliances, or business development, preferably in:
- International education / test prep
- Global Travel
Proven experience in:-
- Building and scaling counsellor or partner networks
- Managing high-value partnerships
- Driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
