Position Purpose
Lead/Head an operations team with Trade Processing including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, valuation and regulatory reporting for Global Markets. Assist to expand the team as the business in Chennai grows.

- Manage the client expectation and commitments. Interact with both internal and external parties to resolve the escalated queries. Develop client management team.
- Will be required to take a lead role in project work, where the team takes on new funds and clients on a regular basis
- Participate in leadership forums, meeting (external/internal) and represent the team/BU effectively.
- Expected to manage the functions on a day to day basis, in conjunction with the Managers
- Solid technical understanding of the Fund Services is expected, including strong knowledge of Trade Processing & Trade Settlements.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement is required
Direct Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of markets and products, respect & adhere the applicable procedures.
- Ensure that, client issues/concerns are addressed and resolved within the agreed timelines.
- Creating strong booking centre for OTC.
- Ensure high level of communication network is established will all the departments within the business group.Ensure all the documentation is in place w.r.t Risk mitigation and Control.
- Ensure high level of service has been delivered to the Clients of BNP Paribas Group.
- .Manage Risk, Escalation protocol and work closely with Risk/ORC teams. Remediation measures for identified risk.
- Manage staff, Performance management. Succession planning.
- Build client facing roles, build the team to engage the key clients directly.
- Documentation Compliance on documentation requirements for Business.
