Vice President Operations

•    Take end-to-end ownership of P&L across multiple projects.

•    Hold single-point contractual accountability for turnkey scope, design coordination, statutory approvals, procurement, execution, and commissioning across all disciplines.

•    Review and approve project execution plans, resource allocation, and site mobilization schedules across projects.

•    Conduct periodic project review meetings (weekly/monthly) with Site Managers and cross-functional heads.

•    Interface with clients, consultants, and PMC teams at a senior level to resolve escalations and commercial disputes.

•    Own end-to-end client billing and collections for the portfolio, review RA bill certification, escalate client sign-offs, and drive resolution of payment disputes.

•    Monitor project-wise cash flow, ageing of receivables, and collection efficiency in coordination with commercial/finance teams.

•    Oversee contract compliance across the portfolio, scope/variation management, change orders, extension of time, and DLP obligations post-handover.

•    Drive manpower planning ,approve hiring, redeployment, and demobilization across sites.

•    Ensure statutory, safety, and quality compliance across all projects; own final accountability for HSE performance.

•    Identify risks (schedule, cost, contractual, design-interface) early and drive mitigation plans with site leadership.

•    Support business development with technical/commercial inputs for repeat business and new turnkey project pursuits.
