Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage corporate strategy, and ensure efficient execution of processes to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), enhancing customer service excellence, driving strategic planning initiatives, coordinating project management efforts, and optimizing operational workflows to achieve performance metrics and business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 yrs of industry experience , preferably from similar industry, hospitality or retail background.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and P&L (Profit & Loss) Management to oversee organizational performance and financial health.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Planning to design and implement effective business strategies and achieve long-term goals.
• Experience in Project Management to coordinate, execute, and complete operational projects efficiently.
• Excellence in Customer Service to ensure optimal client satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Proven leadership skills, exceptional decision-making ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in a senior leadership or executive operations role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
