Our client is seeking a transformational site leader to lead end-to-end operations and drive performance across a large pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing site.

YOUR OBJECTIVES:

As the Site Head, you will be measured against the following objectives:

1. Deliver consistent, compliant and cost-effective manufacturing performance aligned to business goals.
2. Execute a multi-year site roadmap focused on throughput optimisation, capability development and operational excellence.
3. Build a strong leadership pipeline and embed a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Site Head, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Lead all site operations including production, packaging, engineering, process development, warehousing and administration.

Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and digital ways of working.

Ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and global regulatory standards.

Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory audits and inspections.

Oversee capacity expansion, capital projects and technology upgrades.

Partner cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, finance, human resources and environment, health and safety teams.

Build, develop and retain a high-performing leadership team with clear succession plans.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Site Head:

Significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing environments.

Proven expertise in cGMP compliance and regulatory inspections across global health authorities.

Hands-on experience driving site transformation, operational excellence and productivity improvements.

Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrix organisations.

Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Postgraduate qualification in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
