Vice President Wealth ManagementPosition Overview
We are seeking a highly connected and experiencedVice President Wealth Managementto lead strategic capital raising and investor relationship initiatives. The role primarily focuses onmarketing and distribution of investment products, particularly targetingHigh Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding the investor network and strengthening the firm's presence within the private wealth ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities1. Capital Raising & Investor Acquisition
- Lead fundraising initiatives for investment products includingAlternative Investment Funds (AIFs)and other structured investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships withFamily Offices, HNI and UHNI investors.
- Identify and approach potential investors through personal networks, industry contacts, and strategic outreach.
2. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with investors and wealth intermediaries.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key investors and strategic partners.
3. Strategic Marketing
- Drive marketing initiatives aimed at expanding investor reach.
- Work closely with the leadership team to position investment offerings effectively within the wealth management community.
- Represent the firm atwealth management events, investor forums, and industry conferences.
4. Distribution Network Development
- Build and manage relationships withwealth management firms, private bankers, and financial advisors.
- Expand distribution channels for investment products.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor trends in the wealth management industry and investor preferences.
- Provide insights on investor behavior, capital flows, and fundraising opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experiencein wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or capital raising.
- Prior experience working withbanks, wealth management firms, private banking divisions, or asset management companies.
- Strong existing network ofHNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Proven track record infundraising or investment product distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
