The role owns the global supply chain across Plan, Source and Deliver: demand planning, S&OP / IBP, master production and materials planning, global inventory policy, strategic procurement, logistics, distribution and customer OTIF, supported by supply chain systems and data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of logistics, 3PL, import/export, trade compliance, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GDP, UDI).
  • Demonstrated impact on inventory days/turns, working capital, cost-to-serve, procurement savings and freight cost, supported by measurable results.
  • • Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP, advanced planning systems, WMS/TMS and supply chain digital tools; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in improving OTIF, inventory optimization, and leading ERP/supply chain transformation.
  • Experience leading senior management teams with accountability for multi-plant and multi-country operations.
  • Experience in specialized supply models, including consignment, made-to-order and patient-specific products.
  • Expertise in multi-country fulfilment across WOS, direct sales and distributor channels, including intercompany movements, inventory ownership, replenishment and partner governance.
  • Experience in distribution network optimization, regional hub development, or M&A integration.
