Role: Assistant Vice President Lead Salesforce Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a senior Salesforce Architect to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs. This role owns end-to-end Salesforce architecture and drives AI-enabled, scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds, with strong focus on finance and automation use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define Salesforce architecture strategy across multi-org and multi-cloud environments
- Lead design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions with enterprise integrations
- Drive AI-enabled use cases within Salesforce, including GenAI and intelligent workflow automation
- Act as technical design authority for Salesforce programs, ensuring best practices in Apex, LWC, APIs, and security
- Architect integrations with ERP and enterprise systems using middleware platforms
- Define data models, governance, compliance, and analytics enablement
- Establish Salesforce CoE standards, DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance
- Mentor architects, developers, and delivery teams; partner with business and senior stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ years of overall experience with strong Salesforce architecture leadership
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations, and event-driven architectures
- Exposure to GenAI / LLMs and AI-driven automation in enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of finance processes, especially Accounts Payable
- Experience with middleware tools, DevOps, and Agile delivery models
- Ability to lead large, distributed teams and influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / CTA certifications
- Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise data platforms
