We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Sales for a leading fractional real estate company based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to real estate investment sales or wealth management, with an established network of HNIs/UHNI clients and the ability to drive high-value investment transactions.

The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, investor acquisition, relationship management, and building strategic partnerships within the investment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue generation for fractional real estate investment products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, wealth advisors, and investment consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand investor networks across Mumbai and other key markets.
• Present investment opportunities and conduct client meetings, investment discussions, and portfolio reviews.
• Work closely with leadership teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strategic alliances with wealth management firms, channel partners, and real estate investment advisors.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and conversion ratios
• Track market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities in the real estate and wealth management sectors.
• Ensure high standards of client servicing and long-term relationship management.
