Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales strategy, managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to drive revenue growth and build industry connections
  • Strong experience in Sales Management and leading high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
