Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Vice President of Sales based in Bhubaneswar. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales strategies, ensuring revenue targets are met, managing key client accounts, and exploring new business development opportunities. This role also involves optimizing sales operations and developing long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring the company's growth and market presence in the real estate sector.

- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining key client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations and implementing effective sales strategies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and market analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
