We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Vice President – Sales to lead revenue growth, build scalable sales processes, and drive enterprise customer acquisition across domestic and international markets.
Role Overview
The VP – Sales will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, revenue operations, and business expansion initiatives for the organization. This role requires a strong SaaS sales leader with experience in B2B technology sales, team leadership, pipeline management, and enterprise deal closures.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and driving predictable growth in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilites
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Define and execute the company's sales strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across SaaS product lines.
- Build scalable sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management frameworks.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers.
- Establish performance KPIs, incentive structures, and productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and sales coaching sessions.
- Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
Enterprise & B2B SaaS Sales
- Drive enterprise sales and strategic account acquisition for CRM, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, and AI solutions.
- Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across industries.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Improve sales conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation and GTM strategies.
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to align customer feedback and retention initiatives.
- Support pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and funnel health.
- Optimize CRM usage, reporting systems, and sales automation workflows.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4–5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, and channel partnerships.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue models.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling CRM, CPaaS, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, AI, or cloud-based business solutions.
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Understanding of GTM motions for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
- Exposure to international sales and global markets is a plus.
