Job Summary:The Vice President – IT Hardware Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the overall sales strategy for IT hardware products and solutions. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware solutions, and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive growth in IT hardware sales including servers, storage, networking, laptops, and peripherals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
- Ensure effective pricing strategies and deal structuring.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration
- MBA (Preferred)
- 12–18+ years of experience in IT hardware sales
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving large revenue targets
