Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position located in Thane for a Vice President of Sales. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and driving the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include client acquisition, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting sales performance metrics. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies and identify market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Proven track record in Account Management and Business Development
  • Experience in Sales Operations and implementing effective sales processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services or capital markets is an advantage
