Drive high-quality business growth and CXO engagement and acquire 810 new enterprise B2B clients annually.
Own the P&L and annual budgets, balancing growth with fiscal discipline
Lead as a visible, energetic, hands-on leader with Big-4-level rigor and credibility
Strengthen the enterprise sales engine across local and global markets
Uphold values and business ethics. This is non-negotiable
Foster continuous learning, innovation, and best-practice adoption
Lead a team of 68 BD managers and 45 marketing/creative professionals
Set targets, drive performance, and manage teams through clear KPIs
Build a trusted market presence through thought leadership & high-impact
Ideal Candidate
Dynamic and influential enterprise sales leader with strong people skills
Deep experience in B2B, consultative selling, and technology-enabled solutions
MBA preferred; global exposure or global project experience is a plus
15+ years in sales leadership in consulting, Big 4, agency, or complex solutions environments
Proven success driving national/international revenue, budgets & profitable growth
Strong professional reputation and seasoned people leadership
