We are looking for a dynamic business leader to drive the growth and expansion of the flexible workspace and managed office business.

Role: VP – Sales & Expansion

About the Role

The VP – Sales & Expansion will own the overall sales, revenue growth, market expansion, Go-To-Market strategy and commercial charter across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth

• Acquire large enterprise & GCC clients

• Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies

• Identify and enter new cities and markets

• Lead new office/location launches and pre-sales

• Own pricing, commercial negotiations and P&L

• Build and lead high-performing sales teams

• Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, founders, workplace & real estate leaders

• Work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and profitability

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals with:

15+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Business Leadership

Strong experience in co-working, managed offices, flexi offices, serviced offices, commercial real estate or workplace solutions

Proven enterprise sales and client acquisition track record

Experience in new-city / market expansion and office launches

Strong understanding of GTM, revenue, pricing and P&L

Strong network among Enterprise clients, GCCs, CXOs and workplace/real estate decision-makers

Experience building and scaling sales teams across multiple locations

Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
