Hunter Role | New Logo Focus | $5M+ Revenue Ownership
Calsoft is looking for a proven sales hunter to own and aggressively grow our North American revenue selling digital (AI/ML, Cloud) solutions mid-market enterprises.
This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors, winning new logos, and closing complex services deals.
What You'll Own
- Full ownership of $5M+ annual bookings in North America
- New logo acquisition across mid-market enterprises
- Selling high-value AI, cloud, and digital transformation services
- Driving large, multi-year services engagements from first meeting to close
- Building pipeline from scratch and converting it into predictable revenue
What You Bring
- 20+ years of B2B services sales experience with a strong hunter track record
- Proven ability to consistently close $5M+ in annual revenue
- Deep experience selling AI, Cloud, or digital services
- Comfortable running complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite buyers
- Strong connects with C suit or Executive buyers
