Our product suite includes CRM platforms, WhatsApp Automation solutions, IVR systems, and AI-powered engagement tools that help businesses improve sales efficiency and customer communication.

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Vice President – Growth to lead customer acquisition, revenue expansion, product adoption, and growth initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

The VP – Growth will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth by leading acquisition, retention, partnerships, performance marketing, revenue optimization, and GTM execution. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS growth models, digital funnels, automation, analytics, and scalable customer acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and executing growth strategies in a high-growth SaaS environment and should be comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Business Expansion

  • Define and execute the company's overall growth strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Identify new customer acquisition channels, growth opportunities, and market expansion strategies.
  • Build scalable growth frameworks for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Drive product-led and sales-assisted growth initiatives.

Customer Acquisition & Demand Generation

  • Lead multi-channel growth campaigns across performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, referrals, and outbound initiatives.
  • Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.
  • Develop and scale inbound and outbound lead generation strategies for SaaS products.

Revenue & Funnel Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize key SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR, churn, activation, and retention.
  • Improve conversion across the marketing and sales funnel through experimentation and automation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align pipeline growth with revenue targets.

Product & Customer Growth

  • Work closely with product teams to improve onboarding, user engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Analyze user behavior and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue initiatives.

Data, Analytics & Automation

  • Build data-driven growth systems and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Leverage AI, automation tools, and CRM systems to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead high-performing growth, marketing, and performance teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams on GTM and expansion strategies.
  • Establish growth processes, reporting structures, and performance accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or SaaS Strategy.
  • Proven experience scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and automation.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email automation, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in CRM, CPaaS, WhatsApp Automation, IVR, AI, or communication technology products.
  • Background in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing both PLG (Product-Led Growth) and sales-led growth models.
  • Exposure to international growth markets and B2B SaaS expansion strategies.
