Vice President of Growth

We're hiring a VP Growth to scale India's next big astrology app.

Horocosmo is part of the Astro Arun Pandit Group — a bootstrapped, profitable ₹100Cr+ spiritual-tech ecosystem with 5M+ organic followers and a content engine most startups would kill for.

We don't need someone to manage campaigns. We need an operator who owns a revenue P&L and makes it grow.

What you'll own:

• The full growth engine — acquisition to retention
• ARPU, LTV:CAC, wallet conversion, retention
• Turning a 5M+ organic audience into near-zero-CAC installs
• Building the systems to scale profitably

What we're looking for:

• 7-9 yrs growth, with proven mobile-app scaling
• You've owned a P&L — not just a budget
• Indian consumer / transactional or wallet apps (astro, dating, gaming, fintech a plus)
• Hands-on with MMP + product analytics
• Comfortable building order out of ambiguity

This isn't a role for passengers. It's for someone who's scaled before and wants to do it again — with a brand that already has distribution most teams dream of.
