Role Overview

#OmniMD is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic Global Vice President – Sales to lead and scale our global sales operations in the US Healthcare IT domain. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving large revenue targets, building high-performing sales teams, and managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across international markets.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in US healthcare ecosystems, strong client relationships, and the ability to position complex technology solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Global Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue generation across North America and other international markets.
  • Own and deliver a global sales quota of USD 50 million, driving consistent revenue growth across key markets

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Manage enterprise-level negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct high-impact product demos, presentations, and business discussions with CXOs.
  • Drive consultative and solution-based selling across complex healthcare environments.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and partners.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales team of 20+ members.
  • Act as a Sales Coach, driving continuous capability building, performance improvement, and leadership development within the team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across regions.

Sales Excellence & Process Management

  • Act as a Sales Process Champion, ensuring adherence to structured sales methodologies, CRM discipline, and best practices.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and predictability.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments globally.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Provide strategic inputs for product innovation based on client and market feedback.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Develop sales budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Track key metrics such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, deal size, and sales cycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in US Healthcare IT, including
  • EHR/EMR
  • RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
  • Digital Health
  • AI-driven Healthcare Solutions
  • SaaS-based platforms
  • Interoperability standards and solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • Extensive experience managing global markets, especially the US.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of 20+ sales professionals.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and solution-driven approach.
  • Strong experience working in US shift environments and managing client interactions across time zones.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Educational Qualifications
