Role Overview
The Head of International Sales will lead global sales for the company's luxury residential portfolio, building a strong international buyer base while positioning the brand as a premium investment and lifestyle choice across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategy across priority geographies (NRI, HNI, and global investor markets). Build and manage international channel partners, brokers, and sales alliances. Drive sales closures for luxury residential projects through roadshows, exhibitions, and targeted global outreach. Represent the company at international property forums, investor meets, and brand showcases.
Key Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience in international luxury real estate sales. Strong global network of brokers, investors, and HNIs. Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills. High brand sensibility and understanding of ultra-premium buyer expectations
