Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead and manage VTOL AVIATION INDIA's engineering teams in our Navi Mumbai location. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on leadership of product development, engineering strategies, and technical execution for UAVs and cutting-edge aerial solutions. The Vice President of Engineering will oversee the development lifecycle, manage engineering teams, ensure coordination between cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to achieve company goals while maintaining technical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing UAV Project and Engineering Team
• Strong Project Management abilities, including planning and execution of Drone and Drone based projects.
• Proficiency in Product Development for UAVs, aerial mobility, or other relevant technologies
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and DGCA-related standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field; specialized certifications are a plus
