Location: Hybrid (Remote friendly I Delhi HQ)
We're building the world's first Revenue OS for solopreneurs and SMEs using AI, LLMs, identity graphs, and behavioural data to turn daily actions into predictable income.
This is a Founding Engineering role with real ownership. You'll architect, build, and scale the core product alongside the founders, from first principles.
What you'll own- End-to-end system architecture (backend, frontend, AI & data layers)
- LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic, embeddings, agents, RAG)
- Full-stack product development (Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js)
- Scalable data pipelines, signals, events & analytics
- Cloud infrastructure & deployments (AWS / GCP / Vercel)
- Technical strategy, velocity, and engineering culture
What we're looking for- Strong hands-on experience with AI / LLM systems
- Deep backend + full-stack expertise
- Experience with databases, vector DBs, scalable schemas
- Comfortable in fast-paced, zero-structure, founder-led environments
- Founder mindset: ownership > job description
Compensation- Equity-only during build phase (up to 6 months)
- Salary kicks in post first funding round
