We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Vice President Engineering to lead our technology organization and shape the future of our platform.
The Role
As VP Engineering, you will lead the entire engineering function and define the technical vision that enables our next stage of scale. You will build strong systems, scalable architecture, and high-performing teams that transform technology into a core competitive advantage. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong execution capability, and the ability to build and inspire engineering teams.
What You Will Do
- Define and drive the long-term engineering strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams across product, platform, data, and infrastructure
- Architect reliable, scalable, and secure systems to support global growth
- Drive predictable and high-quality product delivery
- Establish strong engineering processes, metrics, and performance standards
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Business leaders to accelerate innovation
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, with significant leadership experience
- Experience leading and scaling engineering teams
- Strong background in system architecture and scalable platform design
- Experience building and operating high-traffic or consumer-facing platforms
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Strong product thinking and business alignment
- Proven ability to attract, mentor, and retain strong engineering talent
Good to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling tech companies
- Exposure to international markets
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data-driven product environments
