We are seeking a senior leader to drive AI- and data-led digital transformation for Energy & Infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and roadmap for AI, GenAI, RPA, and CX transformation
- Lead end-to-end delivery from POC to scale
- Partner with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal tech teams
- Drive large, complex transformation programs with P&L accountability
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in digital/business transformation
- Strong background in Energy & Infra and/or Contact Center operations
- Expertise in AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, and automation programs
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
Education Requirements
- Post Graduate, preferably MBA with specialization in AI/ML.
- Graduate, BTech (Bachelor of Engineering) is preferred
Professional Certification in Project Management, RPA (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path), Cloud AWS/ GCP
