Role Description

The Vice President of Channel Sales will oversee and grow channel partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet revenue and sales targets. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hubli-Dharwad, allowing for a mix of on-site collaboration and partial remote work. Responsibilities include leading the channel sales team, conducting market analysis, implementing sales plans, providing partner support, and driving overall business growth through strategic alliances and distributor networks.

Qualifications

  • Channel sales expertise, partner relationship management, and experience driving sales growth
  • Strategic planning, market analysis abilities, and experience in the steel or construction materials industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Team leadership experience to manage and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and distribution networks
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar industry
